What we collect
Account information you give us (name, dealership name, email, phone). Business data you enter into Deal Key, including vehicle, deal, customer and payment records. Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To run the service, support your account, keep the system secure, and communicate with you about Deal Key. We do not sell your data. We do not sell your customers' data.
Your customers' information
Data you enter about your customers belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the service and do not use it for our own purposes.
Who we share with
Service providers that help us run Deal Key, such as hosting, email delivery, and vehicle data providers. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. API keys are stored as hashes and shown only once. Access to your dealership's data is limited to your account.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete it on request.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@dealkey.app.
