The agreement
By using Deal Key you agree to these terms. If you are using it for a dealership, you confirm you have authority to agree on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API keys secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Deal Key for anything unlawful, do not attempt to access another dealership's data, and do not interfere with the service or attempt to break its security.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for complying with the laws that apply to your dealership, including lending, titling, and consumer protection rules.
Not legal or financial advice
Deal Key provides software tools. Forms, contracts, tax figures, and payment calculations are aids, not legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing your own documents and numbers before using them with a customer.
Availability
We work to keep Deal Key running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and update features.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may request an export of your data before your account closes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Deal Key is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
